Shipping and Delivery Information

Shipping & Returns

We try to ship all orders within 2-3 working days, in order to give time to our customers to make any changes in their order or cancel accidental purchases. All products will be posted via Royal Mail, there is an option for you to choose 1st or 2nd class postage – the post cost will differ between the two. Unfortunately we cannot definitively guarantee  when your order will arrive at your door. As a rule of thumb its is usually next day for first class and 3 days for second class, however this all depends on the Royal Mail postal service.

Returns and Refunds 

If you decide to return an item or your entire order, please do so within 48 hours of the delivery date and time. When we get the returned product/order, you will receive a full refund equal to the value of the item(s) you returned (minus the initial postage fees) if the item(s) arrive in the original mint condition. If the returned products are return damaged in any way a refund will be refused as the items will not be able to be re sold. (to safeguard yourself please take photos of your order prior to returning the item(s) and please take care with the packaging).

You are responsible for the return postage fees -  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once a product has been shipped to you.
When we receive your returned items we will process the refund (in the same method that you that  you paid).
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or give refunds on items that have been opened or possibly used. Please return the package in a secure cardboard box and insure it, we are not responsible for items that are returned damaged.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once a product has been shipped to you.

Items made of natural ingredients such as oils,  herbal mixes, powders etc. are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Changes and Cancellations

If you decide to make any changes in your order or cancellations, please do so within 24 hours of the checkout. After this period the order might be shipped and changes or cancellations will not be possible.
After a successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the entire order minus the transaction fees and package cost if the order was already packed and ready for shipment.

International Shipping

Orders shipped internationally can take a little longer due to customs inspection. Delivery may also take longer during holidays and special dates.
You are responsible for payment of any import fees, duty and taxes when making an international order. 
It is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, national and international laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and you the customer are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any form of legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in that particular country or region. We are not responsible if your order gets lost or damaged in the post as we can send you a proof of postage and all of our orders are packaged carefully. We ship all orders to the shipping address specified at the time of purchase, we accept no responsibility or liability for goods not received as a result of an incorrect address or change of address.

If for any reason your package has been returned to UK Hoodoo and you wish it to be resent to you, you will be charged a reshipping cost by weight.
